9,000 litres Gardner Ribbon Blender

Description

Used 9000 litre Gardner Ribbon Blade Blender, manufactured by Kemutec Group, 1995. Type 9000 HE Series, 304 stainless steel contact parts and mild steel non contact parts.

Design date: full vacuum or 1.06 bar g at 20 deg C, hydraulic test pressure 1.17 bar g and 25" HG vacuum.

Blender is fitted with a Radicon gearbox typr H3SF-315, 22kw power rating, 5.9 rpm output and powered by a 25kw Brook Hansen electric motor, 985rpm (415v, 3ph, 50Hz)

Blender is omplete with 250mm bottom side valve, load cells and sub frame.
